船用生活污水處理裝置屬IMO國(guó)際防止船舶造成海洋污染公約《MARPOL 73/78》附則IV的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備，用于處理船上廁所下水道糞便污水（又稱黑水），使之達(dá)到國(guó)際排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)排放至舷處。本系列裝置遵守2006 年10月13日頒布的MEPC.159(55)決議和2012年10月5日通過(guò)的MEPC.227(64)決議。

本裝置除適用于各大船舶、石油平臺(tái)生活區(qū)外，還可用于陸地生活污水，經(jīng)處理的水質(zhì)完全能達(dá)到國(guó)家回用水水質(zhì)要求。本裝置也可用作船上灰水的處理，但灰水應(yīng)作預(yù)處理和選用容量較大的裝置相匹配。

  Marine Sewage Treatment Plant belongs to the key devices for prevention of pollution form ships in seas and oceans according to the revised Annex IV of the International Convention of the Prevention of Pollution (MARPOL 73/78).This device is applicable to treat the sewage, which means human body wastes and the wastes from the toilets on vessels and which is also called “black water”, to meet the effluent standards of IMO. MEPC.159（55), and discharge the effluent overboard . This device is according to the resolution MEPC.159(55) enacted on 13 October 2006.The convention (MARPOL 73/78) provides that all STPs installed on board on or after 1 January 2010 should meet the resolution MEPC159(55) and MEPC.227(64).

The device also can be used in terrestrial sewage,besides in ship vessels and oil platform.The water quality after treatment can reach the national reuse water quality requirements. It is also applicable to treat the galley、shower drainage which is called “grey water” on condition that the “grey water” is pretreated and there should select a bigger capacity model to match with.

原理概述（Principle Description）

本裝置利用活性污泥、接觸氧化和膜生物反應(yīng)器MBR的處理原理消解有機(jī)污染物質(zhì)。MBR 能達(dá)到高效、徹底和干凈地處理污水，使排放水滿足IMO 新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和其他更嚴(yán)酷的要求。

This device adopts the principle of Activated Sludge, Bio-contact Oxidation and Membrane Biological Reactor (MBR) to digest organic pollutant. MBR can treat organic pollutant efficiently, drastically and cleanly to ensure the effluent can meet the requirements of the resolution MEPC.159 (55) and other much hasher requirements.

技術(shù)特點(diǎn) （Specification）

1、采用臥式圓筒設(shè)計(jì)，兩端圓形封頭，耐壓、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。

2、裝置為全自動(dòng)控制，符合24小時(shí)機(jī)艙無(wú)人值守的要求。

3、采用內(nèi)置“MBR”技術(shù)，使得裝置體積縮小，解決艙容小而裝置體積大的矛盾。

4、本裝置在生物膜柜和中空纖維膜柜停歇曝氣，形成“好氧－缺氧”過(guò)程，解決“脫氮除磷”問(wèn)題。

5、本裝置采用沉淀柜和膜柜內(nèi)污泥自動(dòng)“氣提法”以及膜的“在線”清洗等技術(shù)。

6、“在線”清洗技術(shù)的應(yīng)用，使得膜上污垢自動(dòng)脫落，恢復(fù)膜通量，解決了因艙容小，打開清洗或更換膜組的困難。

7、排放水經(jīng)進(jìn)一步處理后，可達(dá)到“中水回用”的要求。

4.The device stops aeration in biofilm cabinet and hollow fiber membrane cabinet to form an "aerobic-anoxic" process and solve the problem of "nitrogen and phosphorus removal".

5.This device adopts sedimentation tank and membrane tank sludge automatic "air lifting" and membrane "online" cleaning and other technology.

6. The application of "online" cleaning technology makes the dirt on the membrane automatically fall off, restores the membrane flux, and solves the difficulty of cleaning or replacing the membrane group due to the small cabin capacity.

7. After further treatment, the discharged water can meet the requirements of "reclaimed water reuse".
